The purpose of this portal is to provide an easy platform for Northern Meadows homeowners to report qualifying grounds maintenance requests or emergencies outside of the scheduled annual service calendar. The annual seasonal service calendar can be found under the Documents tab at TownSq.io (https://app.townsq.io/login). Please note the MOJO site is monitored by Heads Up Landscaping Services. Heads Up will receive your message directly, prioritize qualifying tickets and will acknowledge your ticket within 10-14 business days, excluding holidays and inclement weather. Please check back to this site for updates on your ticket. We thank you in advance for your patience.
By login in to the helpdesk you can:
- create new tickets,
- get the status of your existing tickets as they are answered by our staff,
- add comments and answer our questions,
- update your contact information so we can stay in touch with you if needed.
